Do you have resources to help a self publishing author decide who should print the book? Quotes from China are cheaper but are they more risky? Some print on demand require a large percentage.

China is where most cookbooks are printed by the big 5 publishers. I think you’re in Chelsea Cole’s class too right? She may has domestic suggestions.

Great resources. If you worked on a food memoir or food fiction book, let me know. I am looking for food memoires and/or food fiction for my newly launched substack newsletter. Thanks.

Thank you for being here!

I haven't represented much in the food memoir space but am actively pursuing a few people!

Love these resources and transparency. When I was writing my first book, this podcast mini-series was the only resource I could find! It was entertaining and informative, though only shared one perspective: https://open.spotify.com/episode/2adGdlcKlFmwFRAfpWAUJ1?si=tUAyMMZ6SRaO8vDtERMM-w
